Welcome,

welcome to my website, an invitation to find out about my work in Berlin: courses, seminars, and counselling in mindfulness, meditation, and Yoga. The website is 'work in progress'; there will be frequent changes.


What is new on this page?
Since the end of 2012 my collegue Anja Nothelfer and I work in our own space.
A mindful approach can be found more frequently in companies, we work with 'The Potential Project'.
From late spring onwards there will be 'Buddhist Psychotherapy' on offer, following the approach of Matthias Ennenbach.
