Welcome,

welcome to my website, an invitation to find out about my work in Berlin: courses, seminars, and counselling in mindfulness, meditation, and Yoga. The website is 'work in progress'; there will be frequent changes.

For more than 20 years, Hatha Yoga and meditation have been sources of inspiration for me to live with mindfulness and awareness.

Developing body awareness, clarity of mind and positive emotions is central to the   work offered by me at various institutions of adult education. Simply click on the themes that interest you: Meditation, yoga, MBSR, MBCT. There, you will find more information as well as organisational details.

For those wanting to better cope with stress, chronic pain and challenges in life, I offer courses in MBSR — Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction — as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Mindfuness-based work has proven to be very effective in the prevention of relapses in depression. Presently, I offer individual sessions in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and I will include group courses in the evenings from September onwards.

All this can be arranged privately as well as in your organisation within the Berlin area.

For changes and special information about the various events, please look up in the 'news' section.

Don't hesitate to call me or send an email if you need more information. I hope you will enjoy getting to know my work.

Looking forward to meeting you,
Wolfgang Dayaraja Schröder.
